These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of wealthsprout.com and the WealthSprout web app (together, the "Services"), operated by WealthSprout Academy LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company doing business as WealthSprout ("WealthSprout," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our Site, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. If you are accessing the Services on behalf of a child, you confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian and are at least 18 years old.

2. Description of Services

WealthSprout provides digital educational products — including downloadable PDF workbooks ("My First Money Kit," "Money Seeds," "Money Moves," "Wealth Blueprint," "Launch Rich," and "The WealthSprout Vault" bundle) — and an interactive web application ("The WealthSprout Money Lab") designed to teach children and teens ages 5–18 foundational personal finance concepts. 3. Digital Product Delivery

All WealthSprout workbooks and guides are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, you will receive a download link by email and, where applicable, access through your customer account/portal. Delivery is instant in nearly all cases; please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see your confirmation email within a few minutes.

4. No Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final once a product has been delivered. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital workbooks, bundles, or web app access once the download link has been issued or access has been granted, except where required by applicable law. At our sole discretion, we may offer a refund, credit, or replacement as a goodwill gesture in cases of demonstrated technical error (e.g., a corrupted file or duplicate charge); such exceptions do not create an ongoing obligation or entitlement to future exceptions.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, share, or republish any WealthSprout PDF, workbook, or web app content, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent
• Reproduce, scan, or upload our materials to file-sharing sites, classrooms outside your own household, or any public repository
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others

Each purchase grants a single-household, non-transferable license to use the product for personal, non-commercial, family educational purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and within our products — including text, illustrations, worksheets, design, logos, and the WealthSprout name and mark — is the property of WealthSprout Academy LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. © 2026 WealthSprout. 7. Affiliate Disclosure

WealthSprout participates in affiliate marketing programs and may earn a commission when you sign up for or purchase a product through links to partners such as Greenlight, Fidelity Youth Account, Acorns Early, or Stockpile. 8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any educational outcome (including financial results, behavior change, or comprehension) is guaranteed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WealthSprout Academy LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to WealthSprout in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Connecticut.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
