This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from WealthSprout, a brand operated by Blue Tree Group LLC, at wealthsproutkids.com. All payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), our Merchant of Record.

To request a refund:

• Email hello@wealthsproutkids.com
• Include your order number or the email address used for purchase
• State that you would like a refund

We will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

3. Digital Product Policy

Because our products are digital downloads delivered immediately upon purchase, we rely on our 30-day satisfaction guarantee rather than a traditional return process. You do not need to "return" a digital product to receive a refund under our guarantee.

4. Payment Processing

Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor. Depending on your bank or card issuer, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement after we process them.

5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show evidence of abuse of our refund policy — for example, repeated purchases and refund requests of the same product.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and our 30-day guarantee covers all purchases. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your account being flagged.
